Service Description
We provide the specialized execution required to ensure your content is multi-purpose, repurposed, and profitable from day one. The Event-to-Content Flywheel is the implementation arm of your strategy. This service is designed to solve the fragmentation gap inherent in modern media by providing the exact, disconnected resources needed to launch your content engine. Scope C: Integrated Labor Milestone 1: Staffing Mobilization Report. A document confirming all specialized labor roles are reserved, legally vetted, and training protocols are initiated. Milestone 2: On-Site Deployment & Integration. Field Operations Audit & Labor Fulfillment Report. A final report detailing labor hours, role performance, and adherence to the client's content mandate, marking the conclusion of the operational timeline. Optional Add-on (Independent Quote): Consumer-Generated Content (UGC), Influencer Content from your event applied to Digital Campaings. 1. UGC/Influencer Asset Package. Delivery of a separate portfolio of content, distinct from the primary production assets, with usage rights defined in the custom quote. Tinseltown Entertainment acts as your Integrated Hub, applying decision-making and expertise across the three operational sectors: physical events, digital platforms, and generative intelligence that AI alone cannot perform.
Cancellation Policy
Execution Scopes (A, B, and C) are priced as Timeline-Based, Custom Investment projects. The payment processed today secures the non-refundable Project Commitment Fee. 1. Investment & Project Commitment Fee Total Project Cost: The final investment will be determined via a custom Statement of Work (SOW) based on your specific needs (labor deployment, duration, and asset volume). Your upfront payment is the first installment towards this final cost. Non-Refundable Fee: The initial payment processed via this booking link is a non-refundable Project Commitment Fee that immediately covers mobilization, specialized labor reservation and the necessary financial compliance to begin the scope. This fee guarantees the two-way commitment of resources required for high-stakes production. 2. The Two-Way Commitment & Contract Client Commitment: Your payment guarantees Tinseltown Entertainment's dedicated resource allocation, operational readiness, and legal compliance for the scope timeline. Agency Commitment: Tinseltown Entertainment will immediately begin internal mobilization, vendor sourcing, and, where applicable, the vetting and training of Integrated Production Labor. Contract Requirement: No execution, crew deployment, or vendor contracts will be initiated or deployed until the custom Statement of Work (SOW) is signed, and the initial payment has cleared. Contract is based on Milestone 1 Session. Scope of work. 3. Payment Schedule (Milestone-Based) Milestone 1: Booking & Mobilization (Upfront): Covers mobilization and securing high-cost crew. Milestone 2: Execution & Deployment: Payment due prior to the start of the event, physical shoot day or digital campaing ensuring all production costs are covered by client funds. Milestone 3: Final Handoff & Amplification: Payment due upon delivery of the final assets, final reports, and project closure. Note on Cash Flow: Tinseltown Entertainment does not self-fund client operational costs. All Milestone payments are tied to and required to fund the execution labor and hard costs of the upcoming phase, ensuring maximum efficiency and risk mitigation for your project.
